Since we accept PayPal and Venmo as our payment methods, payment is collected and processed securely through PayPal and Venmo. You agree not to copy, duplicate, resell, or otherwise exploit any part of our service without our express written permission.

Prices for our cat and dog bowls may change without notice, and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of our service at any time. All prices and transactions on this site are listed and processed in US Dollars.

Some items may be available exclusively through our website. We make every effort to accurately represent product colors and images, though slight variations may occur. We also reserve the right, though we're not obligated, to limit sales of any product or service to a particular person, region, or jurisdiction.

Section 6 — Shipping and Delivery

We're committed to clear, transparent shipping for our customers across the United States. All orders ship free of charge. Once placed, orders are processed within 1–2 business days, followed by a shipping period of 4–6 business days, bringing the total estimated delivery time to 5–8 business days. We work with FedEx, UPS, and USPS to get orders delivered reliably, and every shipment includes a tracking number.

Section 7 — Billing and Payment

We reserve the right to decline any order placed with us. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information for every purchase. PayPal and Venmo are currently our only accepted payment methods, with payment collected through PayPal and Venmo — no online payment processing is involved. All charges are applied in US Dollars with no hidden fees.

Section 8 — Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations

We accept returns and exchanges for both defective and non-defective items within 30 days of delivery, with no restocking fee applied. Customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs. Once an eligible return is received and approved, refunds are processed within 7 business days and issued via bank transfer, in line with our Return & Refund Policy. If you'd like to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible — we'll do our best to accommodate cancellation requests made before the order has shipped.
